Is Bryn Care really free during the beta?

Yes, completely. During the beta phase, all features are available at no cost. When we launch paid plans, beta members will receive a grandfathered rate as a thank-you for their early support.

Is my patients' data safe?

Yes. Bryn Care is GDPR compliant, all data is stored and processed in accordance with EU privacy regulation. We do not sell or share patient data with third parties.

Can I use Bryn Care for a group practice?

Absolutely. You can create an organisation and invite multiple practitioners. Each practitioner has their own client list and sessions.

How does session recording and transcription work?

You start a recording directly inside Bryn Care when your session begins. After the session ends, the audio is automatically processed and a full transcript is generated, usually within a few minutes.

What does the AI summary actually do?

Once a session has a transcript and notes, you can request an AI summary. It identifies key themes, progress indicators, and action points based on what was said and written. You review and edit before saving.

What happens to my data when the beta ends?

Nothing changes automatically. You'll be notified before we move to a paid model and given the option to continue on a paid plan or export all your data. We will never delete your data without notice.

Do I need to install anything?

No installation is required. The platform runs entirely in your browser, so you can access it easily from any device, anywhere.

Can I stop using it anytime?

Absolutely. There’s no commitment, you can stop using the platform whenever you want. Your feedback is valuable, but you’re never locked in.
